    We understand that in today's market a controls contractor or consultant being available to assist with project design is a valuable asset.  It reduces the time required to put a project together and helps to ensure a system is specified in a way that will fully meet your project needs while working optimally with the equipment selected.

    By having an alternative to working with an equipment manufacturer or a contractor applying proprietary systems, you can now ensure your customer receives an open system with additional benefits.  They will be able to seek competitive pricing for the project, service, and expansion after the project is completed.

    We freely offer our services in project design and budgeting including any required site surveys. We can assist you with drawings and specs including customized spec sections, sequences of operation, and flow diagrams (in DWG or other formats) for your use. We offer our assistance in the submittal process, helping to ensure alternates will function from a control standpoint in an equivalent manor to the specified equipment.  

    We additionally pledge to work with you if ever required to overcome any deficiency that can be resolved by adjustment of control sequences.
